Frank McElroy assists our CPA clients with litigation, subpoena, licensing, regulatory, acquisition, and collection matters. He has developed unique knowledge in the application and scope of federal and state confidentiality laws specific to accountants, whether for subpoenas, lawsuits, or conflicts of interest. His practice has included defense of CPAs in a multi-million dollar malpractice suits, providing expert witness services, assisting Texas CPAs and CPA firms with licensing, and assisting with CPA practice purchases.
Frank is a graduate of the University of Houston Law Center and Bauer College of Business. He
was the Publications Editor of the Houston Business & Tax Law
Journal and a mediator for the A.A. White Dispute Resolution Center. Frank
interned with the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and
Customs Enforcement Office of Legal Counsel before joining Forrest Law
Group, P.C. Frank serves as the managing shareholder of the firm.
